Senior Civil Engineer
Wes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1984. His technical expertise is bolstered by an extensive practical knowledge of construction materials, equipment, workmanship, and project phasing. This knowledge enables him to determine and document the facts of the issues at question, determine the cause, and assist in a fair and equitable resolution.
Wes possesses an in-depth knowledge of codes, engineering standards and practices, construction specifications, regulatory compliance issues, and contract/bid procedures. He uses these skills to provide thorough forensic investigations of complex civil/structural system failures, expert testimony, and appraisal/umpire services.
Wes understands clients’ requirements and expectations in a forensic investigation including preservation, retention, and documentation of evidence.
